Wedding FAQ’s

Do I get digital files!?!

Yes! Your photos are delivered in a private online gallery. You can download straight from the gallery. You can use this gallery to share with family and friends and everyone can order prints from there if they choose. The prints come from a professional lab and are shipped straight to your door. Your photos are able to be printed wherever you like and a print release is included.

How many hours of coverage do I really need?

This is something we will discuss during your consultation. Sometimes couples have an idea and sometimes its just plain overwhelming. I have done this hundreds of times. I can help you decide what you actually need and what you don’t. Things that I will ask during consult will be what time is the ceremony? and what time is dinner?

I use these two questions as a starting point! If you know these times that’s an awesome start

and I can help with the rest!

How do your packages work?

I offer 3 packages and each include digital files with permission to print. These are each a set amount of hours of wedding day coverage. There are 4, 6, and 8 hour packages with the option to add additional hours. If you book a 6 or 8 hour package a second shooter is included for the entire day.

I don’t know how to pose.

This is totally fine. Though I think a good portrait with everyone looking at the camera is important I also believe the candid storytelling photos are just as important, if not more.   I am always looking for connection, tender moments and opportunities to capture the essence of a person.   If things don’t come natural as far as posing that’s totally fine. I have lots of prompts designed to bring out natural reactions and genuine laughter.  I am quiet by nature but can handle bridal parties and formal family photos like a champ! Bossy is not my personality but when its time to grab people’s attention I can for sure take care of it!
